What's That Smell in Ridgefield?
At least one Ridgefield resident has a strongly worded message after witnessing a strong odor in two specific spots in town.
It seems that Man's Best Friend may be Man's Smelliest Friend.
Reader Irene B posted a Ridgefield Patch announcement requesting that those who go to Ballard Park and the Mar-Joy Pond trail remember to clean up after their dogs.
"... There are areas beginning to smell like a kennel," she wrote. "Mar-Joy is particularly offensive. Could everyone please be a responsible citizen and bring a bag?"
