Opening its doors to Ridgefield on March 18, 2010, Rockwell Art and Framing is run by Ernie Wells, an experienced picture framer of fourteen years who has been working with the company since 2004. The dedication of Rockwell Art and Framings owner Steve Desloge continues to develop the company's six locations throughout  Fairfield County.
