Built in 1971 as The Ridgefield Skating Center, Winter Garden Ice Arena is one of the largest skating facilities inMore Connecticut. Renovated in 1997, the facility has a large rink used for a variety of purposes, including youth and adult hockey leagues, recreational skating and figure skating training. Ridgefield and Wilton High School hockey programs also utilize the rink. Public skating is available by season pass (September to April) or at a daily rate.
