This is a beautiful, peaceful place where you can learn how to manage your body so it works to its full potential without over using it! Sharon McSpedon is the highest calibre teacher in the field and cares about the well being of every single person at her studio. As a person over 50, the type of training offerred at the Pilatesbarre is really a must for every person over 50 to maintain the necessary core strength and balance.

Amazing instruction and classes. The Pilates Barre really got me in tune with my body which I have never had before with any other kind of exercise. I personally love the tower class.
