Originally from Ischia, Italy, Michael Spennato, the owner and master chef at Spagone, has been bringing great Italian cuisine to Ridgefield residents since 1993. His homemade fettuccine, linguine buttanesca and spaghetti bolognese are not to be missed. The chef uses all organic herbs and ingredients, and his grilled dishes satisfy even the low-calorie diet.
