Ridgefield Housing Authority

Flag as Inappropriate

In 1974, the town of Ridgefield founded the Housing Authority to create affordable housing for its senior citizens. Ballard Green was constructed in 1979 and has since grown to accommodate 71 residents. The authority then began construction of Prospect Ridge in 1992, and the numbers are still growing. Meetings for the Housing Authority are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Ballard Green office.
