East Ridge Middle School

<p>East Ridge Middle School serves about 770 students in grades 6 through 8.</p> <p>The school uses a team-based teaching method, dividing each grade level into three teaching teams so that a smaller group of students has the same teachers for English, math, science and social studies.</p> <p>Each grade at East Ridge has its own guidance counselor and assistant principal who stick with the same student group as they progress through the school.</p> <p>East Ridge offers extracurriculars to supplement the school day such as cross country and math team.</p> <p>The principal is Marty Fiedler.</p>
