Dreaming of Dolls

Effanbee, Horsman, Kestner, Knickerbocker, Mattel, Schoenhut and Vogue. Those are just some of the types of dolls for sale from Catherine Baker's collection at the Keeler House Museum. This sale begins on Friday, Aug. 9, and goes throughout the weekend.

Ridgefield Playhouse Events

John Hiatt and The Combo will take to the Ridgefield Playhouse stage on Friday, Aug. 9.

On Sunday, Aug. 11, Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues will perform at the Ridgefield Playhouse.

Nutmeg Festival

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church is hosting the 107th annual Nutmeg Festival on Saturday, Aug. 10. Games, crafts, food and a cake contest are just some of the happenings. This event takes place rain or shine.

Graham Day Skate Festival

The Graham Day Skate Festival is a tribute to Graham, a Ridgefielder who pioneered the building of the skate park. It will take place from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10. Visit the skate festival event announcement for more information.
