Ridgefield Remembers

An event in the works to honor the town's departed is now one month from fruition.

One month from today, the first Ridgefield Remembers celebration will take place at the Boys and Girls Club.

Organizers, who conceived of the event as a way to honor the memory of Thiago Andrade, who died last year, say it will be a way to celebrate the lives of anyone Ridgefielders have loved and lost.

Kimberly Howard has more in this video.
