In Photos: Skiers Slalom on the Slopes

Six members of the Ridgefield High School Ski Team—Curt Schibli, Matt Nault, Andrew Tuccio, Brady Garrett, Dillon O'Brien and Lauren Guerra—competed Monday in a state-wide giant slalom shootout at Mount Southington.

Giant slalom involves skiing between sets of poles, called gates.

Here are how the boys placed in a field of 46 competitors, comprised of about 20 participating teams:
