Yoga for Kids ages 7 and up (six week session)

Yoga offers many tools to help handle the stresses of school and social life and can empower pre-teens with self-confidence.  In these light-hearted classes we explore ways to increase social consciousness, cope with stress, develop body awareness, and enhance mental focus.

Classes are taught by Jennifer Falasco, Certified Kids and Teens Yoga Instructor.
