Springboard Diving

Springboard Diving is a new and exciting entry-level diving class for beginners.  Students will learn front approaches, back presses, basic dives, and drills.  Divers advance individually as they master each element.  This program is held in the Barlow Mountain pool.

  •  Ages 6 - 10 years: Sunday 9:00 - 10:00 am
  •  Ages 11 - 16 years: Sunday 10:00 - 11:30 am
