SCOR Holland League

Saturday September 22 will mark the beginning of the Holland soccer season for SCOR.  Holland soccer is a program for special needs children started by Garry Berger a number of years ago and continued by SCOR.  It is a program designed to fit the requirements of special needs children who do not find it comfortable to participate in other SCOR programs.  The Holland program is modeled after the TOPSoccer program of US Youth Soccer.

Each year, high school soccer players are matched with participants as mentors.  SCOR players also act as age appropriate buddies.  The program is very flexible and each week brings new adventures as the mentors and buddies take the participants through new soccer experiences.  The participants will have fun, learn basic soccer skills and play games according to their abilities.  Most of all, they will have fun!

Holland soccer is open to participants ranging from K through High School.  The program is free but does require registration with SCOR.  The program runs on Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM at the Boys & Girls Club.
