Are you tired of your regular humdrum swim routine? Change it up to maximize your fitness goals. Students (ages 12 years - adult) will learn how to: use a pace clock, make proper turns, incorporate interval training, and learn different drills. The Cooper 12-Minute Swimming Test will be used to identify each student’s fitness level at the beginning of the course and at the end so students can compare their results.
