Looking For Small Business Owners To Blog On Patch

In recognition of Small Business Saturday, Patch is calling for small biz owners to share their stories on Patch.

Have you heard? Small Business Saturday is Nov. 30 this year.

Founded by partner American Express, the program's goal is to keep consumers' attention focused on local, small businesses and to "shop small."

On their website, AmEx states that, "Small businesses are the heartbeat of our communities. They're the corner stores that create jobs. The hardware stores that help build our economy. And the mom and pop shops whose very presence makes a neighborhood, your neighborhood."

Patch is also celebrating Small Business Saturday by creating articles about and for small businesses.

We are also asking for small business owners to step up to the plate and become bloggers on Patch. Blogging provides the perfect platform to share your own tips, successes and failures so that other small biz owners can learn from you. Think of it as your own mini networking blog.

It's easy to get started! Click here to begin sharing your small business tips on the Ridgefield Patch.
