Scotland Students Enjoy Family Fun Night

Friday evenings in most houses are filled with children excited to be out of school for the weekend.  On Friday, April 4th, 2014, Scotland School families experienced the opposite, as students and their families headed back into the school to celebrate a Family Fun Night sponsored by the PTA.  Students and their families were treated to an early Cinco de mayo celebration, complete with bounce houses, face painting, karaoke, crafts, pizza, and the ability to walk their halls arm-in-arm with their friends and siblings for two and a half hours.  New to the school this year, Scotland mom Sandra DiDona noted, “Because it was our first Family Fun Night, we didn’t know what to expect.  Our girls had a great time!”  Thank you to the Scotland PTA for a fun-filled evening with friends, old and new!
