Wellness Wednesday "Eat This, Not That!"

The Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association will host an “Eat This, Not That” healthy eating and diabetes informational session for older adults at their offices at 90 East Ridge on Wednesday, July 18th at 11 am.

Laurie Figliola, Bethel Health Care’s dietitian, will be the guest speaker. Refreshments will be provided along with recipes for healthy eating.

Reservations are strongly suggested. For more information contact Kelley Collins, West Conn Intern working with RVNA to bring you Wellness Wednesdays at 203-438-5555.
