Release the Tension - Using the breath and following the 70% rule.
   10 minutes stretching with the breath and awareness.

Center the Chi - Focus one's mind and energy to the Dantien, strengthen the dynamic Will.
   30 minutes Static postures and breath work, Practice with Chi

Circulate the Chi - The practice of being attuned to Chi
  20 minute Joint rotation
    5 minute Dahn-Gong

  Breathe with the Chi - The practice of Being.
     5 minute Qi meditation

1.5 hour classes, $35 per class.
1st class $10
8 class pack $240 = $30 per class
