It's Never Too Late - To Be A Healthy Senior by June Archer

Ridgefield Crossings, a Benchmark Senior Living Community would like to announce a discussion on nutrition given by health counselor, June Archer on May 31st at 3PM. June  received her training as a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories — combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.  Her goal as a Health Coach is to help men and women find balance in their lives through a higher level of self-care and specific nutritional goals.  She offers individual counseling to individuals in corporate life and to those who suffer with Chronic Lyme Disease.  She is passionate about helping you find the best way to be healthy and happy in your life.  Please join us at Ridgefield Crossings for an enjoyable presentation on being a “healthy senior”.  RSVP to 203-431-2255.
