Holistic Healing Presentation
The Laurel Ridge Recreation Department is hosting a Holistic Health Presentation on September 19, 2012. The featured presenters are Colleen Olphie-Lippmann and Dr.Hannah Eucker, both of whom are Ridgefield practitioners. The presentation will begin at 10:30 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Light refreshments will be served. This forum is open to the public, free of charge; reservations are suggested. Colleen Olphie-Lippmann is a nationally board certified Five Element Acupuncturist. Colleen lives and practices in Ridgefield, CT. Colleen earned her Bachelor’s degree from Smith College, and her Master of Acupuncture degree from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Hallandale, Florida. Colleen brings her safe, nurturing, non- judgmental presence to everyone she works with. Colleen is grateful every day for the ability to help transform other people’s lives with this medicine. Dr. Hannah Eucker, DO is a recent graduate of the Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York where she was chief resident. She received her Doctorate of Osteopathy from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Eucker treats patients of all ages, and has worked extensively with a variety of issues such as: poor suck in the newborn, developmental delay, antepartum back pain, asthma, COPD, arthritis, and athletic injury.
