Free Preschool Fair

Preschool Fair at the Ridgefield Rec Center

The fourth annual Preschool Fair sponsored by the Newcomers Club of Ridgefield will be held on Wednesday, October 19th at the Ridgefield Parks and Recreation Center, 195 Danbury Road.  There are two sessions: 9:30am to 11:30am and 7:00pm to 9:00pm.  All are welcome to attend this free event, which covers local preschools, gyms, and music and dance programs for children.  “This is your opportunity to meet the directors and teachers of numerous schools and programs, all for the 2 to 5 year old range,” said Meredith Thrutchley, Newcomers Club Co-President.  “Bring your little ones to the morning session for entertainment and face painting by Judy from the Enchanted Garden!”  No RSVP is required.

“We are also participating in a diaper drive,” adds Thrutchley.  “Please bring opened or unopened packages of diapers, or unopened packages of wipes to donate to the Diaper Co-op, run by the Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk.  Donations will help mothers in need throughout Fairfield County.”
