Finance Candidates Forum Hosted by Ridgefield League of Women Voters

Finance Candidates Forum

Five Ridgefield Board of Finance candidates will participate in a forum on Friday, October 7th, at Founders Hall from 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 A.M.  The Ridgefield League of Women Voters is sponsoring this event as an opportunity for voters to find out what the candidates are saying and where they stand on important issues.  The candidates who will be part of the forum are Steven Coury, Jessica Mancini, Paul R. Sutherland, David Ulmer, John V. Palermo.  Note cards will be available for members of the public to submit questions for the candidates prior to the debate. There will be a brief reception after the debate.  Refreshments are provided by Laurel Ridge Health Care Center located at 642 Danbury Road.  The event is free and open to the public and all are welcome.  The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan political organization that encourages active participation in government and voting.  Founders Hall is a donor supported  Education and  Recreation Center for seniors dedicated to providing a diverse program of social, educational and physical fitness programs for today’s active senior.  For more information, please contact the League’s president, Birgitta Stone at inforlwv@gmail.com or call 203-438-9896.
