Candidate's Forum - State Legislators

Candidate’s Debate at Founders Hall

Local candidates for the CT State Legislature will square off at a Candidates Forum sponsored by the Ridgefield League of Women Voters on September 28th at 10:30 A.M. at Founders Hall in Ridgefield.  Toni Boucher and Carolanne Curry, candidates for the Connecticut State Senate District 26; and John Frey and Jeff Bonistalli candidates for the 111th Legislative District will participate in a debate and express their views on the critical issues facing Ridgefield and Connecticut.  Jan Giegler, the unopposed representative from the 138th district who now represents about 700 voters in Northern Ridgefield will participate with the other candidates in the Meet and Greet after the debate at 12:00 noon.

This is a great opportunity for voters who might not be able to get to an evening Forum a chance to personally meet the candidates and get more information about them before they go to the polls on November 6th.

The Ridgefield League of Women Voters and Founders Hall invites all Ridgefielders to come to the Candidates Forums on September 28th.  The forum is free and open to the public. Note cards will be available for members of the public to submit questions for the candidates prior to the forum.
