Bone Density Health Screening

Let’s face it, none of us are getting any younger.  Ten million Americans are estimated to have osteoporosis - a health problem that makes your bones thin, weak, and more likely to break.  You can find out if you are at risk by taking a simple and painless test to measure bone loss.  Ridgefield Parks & Recreation in collaboration with Physicians Health & Injury Center is offering a Bone Density Screening by Dr. Markowitz.  This event is part of the Wellness Education Series and is free for Recreation Center members and $10 for non-members.
