Summary
Immediately you realize that Ridgefield continues to close more properties that its sister towns. It is encouraging to see more units SOLD than last year alone in our town. We do see that the selling prices are in a large array of price points. But even more encouraging is that the days on market are reasonable—in all towns except Redding. Let’s see what the second quarter of the year brings!
