Cancer Support Community Gala - ticket deadline approaching

We look forward to seeing you at the Cancer Support Community of Southern Connecticut’s inaugural gala on November 8.

The deadline to purchase tickets is October 31 -- tickets are available for $175. For more details, please visit our website at www.cancersupportcommunitysct.org.

Celebrities, cancer survivors, sponsors, dignitaries and more are coming together November 8th to help raise funds to open the first Cancer Support Community in southern Connecticut.  Funds raised at the “Celebration of Life and Hope
will be used to offer free cancer support and education for patients and their
families living with cancer, so that no one faces cancer alone.

The Celebration features internationally known author/comedienne Julia Sweeney who is best known for her stint on Saturday Night Live and performances in Pulp Fiction, Frasier and Sex & the City.  She will be
joined by presenter Dr. Jennifer Kapo of the Yale Cancer Center, and co-emcees Gillian Neff (News 12) and Morgan Amarone (Miss Connecticut 2011).  Musical performances will be provided by Michael Mugrage and Vivace, and invited guests include Senator Richard Blumenthal

Our generous sponsors include: Masonicare, Fairfield University, Tangoe, People’s United Bank and Connecticut Health Foundation.
