Who was this kid working there

I went to Ridgefield Car Wash the other day and exited the wash bay with the filthiest car and the filthiest customer response I have ever received for any service in any industry.  I have been going here for the past 6 months or so and there is a new young looking kid working there, who told me he cannot and will not help me.  He said he has come from another car wash and knows the business and does not re wash cars because they do not come out perfect.  I then asked for a manager and he said he is the new manager.  Like I said, very young looking, but extremely arrogant.  If anyone can get the message to this car wash, let them know because I have tried calling several times with no response.  I asked another worker his name on a different day so they didn't know why I was asking, and they said his name was Eddie, I believe.  Ultimately, very disappointed.  will never go back and I live in a town with limited options.  Thank the Lord I drive far enough to work each day to find another place.  Good Luck with the manager, if he really is...  even if just a worker, our family wishes you even more luck.  sorry for such a negative response, but I was treated like I had no rights, all I wanted was to speak to someone to work out a solution.  He is a young looking South American individual, Beware of attitude and service.
