This week’s “Wow House” in Ridgefield is billed as a “work of art” and listed on Zillow.com for $25 million.

The 5-acre, hilltop home at 191 Ridgebury Road has indoor and outdoor pools; a private tower for the master bedroom, penthouse office and observation deck; and two other guest suites.

According to the listing, the house is one of only a few private residences designed by Vinoly, known for Jazz at the Lincoln Center, the Tokyo International Forum and the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.

The home was listed at $3.2 million and sold in March 2012 for $2.7 million.

Wondered that myself. Some updates were done by the last buyer, but not to warrant that price.

I live on the street .... This is not a serious listing. Hope it sells for this but really unlikely.

If the house is being offered at $25 million, then the tax assessor should value the property at that level.
