Ridgefield Houses Sold: $1 Million on Down

The Ridgefield Town Clerk provided the following information about homes sold in the last week.

Robert Buckley, executor, sold 12 Casa Torch Lane to Ryan Fletcher on Nov. 21 for $385,000. Volume 970, page 734.

James Lowe sold 59 Bayberry Hill Road to Daniela Koleva on Nov. 21 for $449,500. Volume 970, page 758.

John Lavatori sold 75 Prospect St. to David Zegarelli on Nov. 21, for $377,500. Volume 970, page 809.

Matthew Gaghen sold 68 Eleven Levels Road to William Marshall on Nov. 27 for $1, 017,500. Volume 970, page 1161.
