Ronald Rose and the Jewish Home for the Elderly sold 4 South Shore Drive to Aurora McCarroll on March 1 for $319,900. Volume 977 page 493.

Ridgefield Properties LLC sold 4 Blackberry Lane to Virginia DiSiena on March 1 for $139,900. Volume 977, page 432.

The Estate of Marie Conetta sold 26 Midrocks Road to Brian and Erica Gauquier on March 1 for $237,100. Volume 977, page 550.

Collett Schmitt sold 120-130 Prospect St., unit 30, to Ron Rubin and Gwen Rubin on March 1 for $480,000. Volume 977, page 571.

John Dyson and Katharine Dyson sold 15 Nutmeg Ridge to John Burns on Feb. 27, for $580,000. Volume977, page 283.

Nancy Simpson sold 11 Maccardo Ave. to Stephen Pocco on Feb. 27 for $430,000. Volume 977, page 321.

Country Club Development sold 11 Byron Ave., Lot 6, to Michael Rosenblatt and Amy Rosenblatt on Feb. 25 for $1,953,963.68.
