The Ridgefield Board of Selectmen are asking people who want to work for children to consider joining Ridgefield's Youth Commission.
"The Youth Commission acts as an advocate for the youth of Ridgefield," said First Selectman Rudy Marconi in an appeal for new commission members.
The appeal said, "Minors/youth are permitted to be members of the Youth Commission," and most meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at The Barn on Governor Street.
