Youths Arrested for Forcing Open Door on Bennetts Farm Road

Two juveniles were arrested on burglary charges in Ridgefield.

Two juveniles were arrested on burglary charges after police found them inside an area with a forced-open door around 616 Bennetts Farm Road on August 25 at 9:45 p.m., according to reports from the .

Before the arrest, police had checked the areas of both 610 and 616 Bennett’s Farm Road residences and noticed several vehicles on property which was clearly marked as a ‘no trespassing’ area, reports state.

A check of #616 indicate that a door had been forced open and found the two youths in an undisclosed part of the property, reports read. The juveniles were taken into custody without incident and were released on a juveniles summons and into the custody of their parents. Both were given a court date at Danbury Juvenile Courthouse.
