Woman Arrested for Assault on Copps Hill Employee

Police say the woman used an exit door to knock the employee back.

 

An employee of a local business in Copps Hill Plaza filed an assault complaint against a person who allegedly pushed an exit door into the employee after the alleged aggressor was asked to leave, knocking the employee back into a wall-mounted fire extinguisher, police reports state.

Police arrested Nicole Hayes, 33, of Mountain View Road in Brookfield, on charges of third-degree assault. She was processed and released on a promise to appear in court, reports state.
