Rigefield Police: Marijuana

Ridgefield Police charged an Armonk woman with possession of marijuana, an infraction, after stopping a car on South Salem Road at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday. Police said Caitlin Wietsma, 20, of Armonk was a passenger in a car that was stopped by police, and when the Ridgefield Police approached the car, they smelled marijuana. Police said Wietsma then handed them a small quantity of marijuana. The charge is an infraction.

This information was provided by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
