Ridgefield Police charged Peter Rzeczycki, 29, Ramapoo Hill Road, Ridgefield, at 8:15 Sunday, with driving under the influence and interfering with a police officer. Police said they responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle parked on Ramapoo Hill Road. Police said when they arrived, Rzeczychi was sitting in the driver's seat with the car running, parked on the side of the road. The driver was released on a $100 bond and he is scheduled to answer the charges in Danbury Superior Court on Nov. 7.
