Ridgefield Police charged Brian Batterton, 18, of Takora Trail, Ridgefield, with risk of injury to a minor, procuring alcohol for a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor Jan. 3 at 10 a.m. Batterton was scheduled for arraignment in Danbury Superior Court on Jan. 4.
