Ridgefield Police made a traffic stop on Danbury Road at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and the car's driver had a marijuana pipe in the trunk of his car. Police charged him with the infraction of having drug paraphernalia. Jacob Leduc, 22, of Walnut Hill Road, was charged and released.
