Come on Ridgefield Police. I'm usually a big fan. But a 60 year old man gets run off the road. It's not his fault. His car flips. He gets taken to the hospital. AND YOU GIVE HIM A TICKET FOR NOT HAVING HIS LICENSE ON HIM?? That's a little harsh isn't it?
