Ridgefield police on foot patrol Wednesday on Prospect Ridge saw a person crouched behind bushes lighting an object in her mouth. Police investigated and discovered a juvenile with marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police gave her an infraction as a juvenile she is scheduled to answer in court on Nov. 18.
This information was provided by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
