Ridgefield Police: DUI, Interfering, FT Drive Right

Ridgefield Police charged a Ridgefield man with DUI, interfering and failure to drive right after an accident Thursday.

Ridgefield police investigated an accident on Ligi's Way at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, and charged one of the drivers, Andrew Legan, 22, of Danbury Road, Ridgefield, with driving under the influence, interfering with a police officer and failure to drive right. Legan was released on a $500 bond for an appearance scheduled in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 15.

This information was provided by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
