Ridgefield Police: Dirt Bikes on the Baseball Field

Ridgefield Police investigated reports describing youths driving dirt bikes on a Ridgefield baseball field Jan. 19 at 3:15 p.m.

Ridgefield Police charged two juveniles with criminal mischief and disobeying the signal of an officer after investigating reports of youths driving dirt bikes on a baseball field at Branchville Civic Field.

Police went to the field, saw the damage and found their suspects on Mallory Hill Road. Police issued each youth a juvenile summons for criminal mischief and disobeying the signal of an officer. They were released into the custody of their parents for a court date of Jan. 30.
