A driver who was reportedly involved in a car crash in the Pemberwick section of Greenwich last fall, has been arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge.
According to a Greenwich Police report, Stanislav Rusinko, 24, of 53 Crest Road, Ridgefield, surrendered Jan. 11 to Greenwich Police who obtained an arrest warrant in connection with the Nov. 25, 2013 crash.
Rusinko also was charged with reckless operation, failure to maintain lane and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was released after posting a $250 bond. He's scheduled to appear Jan. 25 in Stamford Superior Court.
