Bad Headlight Leads to Three Charges

Ridgefield Police charged a New Milford woman with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, driving without insurance and driving without a headlight after stopping her on Route 7 at 10:22 p.m. Jan. 14. Police said they stopped Vanessa Giannico, 19, of New Milford, because one of her headlights was out. She was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Feb. 3.

This information was provided by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
