Ridgefield Ophthalmology, operated by M.D. Christy Coates, provides “medical, surgical and cosmetic eye care” for families, utilizing cutting-edge equipment including machines that test for glaucoma and ptosis, as well as a retinal-mapping machine.  The doctors perform minor surgeries in the office, and more extensive procedures are done at the Ridgefield Surgical Center or Greenwich Hospital.
