Longtime Ridgefield Resident Dorothy Strauss, 72
Ridgefield resident of 40 years passed away last Sunday.
Dorothy (Tanner) Strauss, 72, of Ridgefield, died on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013 at Danbury Hospital. Strauss was a resident of Ridgefield for the past 40 years coming from Florida.
She is survived by two daughters, Holly and Heather; four brothers, John, Nathan, Dave and Steve; a granddaughter, Kate and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will take place ant a time and place to be announced. There will be no calling hours.
Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St., Ridgefield is in charge of arrangements.
