Gertrude Foley Wengrove, 96 of Ridgefield, mother of Mrs. Julianne (John) Maggio, Mrs. Gracemarie (Thomas) Kehoe, Mrs. Claire (Dennis) Avery and Mr. James (Kimberly) Wengrove died on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Hancock Hall, Danbury. The wife of the late Charles A. Wengrove and mother of the late Charles J. Wengrove, Mrs. Wengrove is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10:15 AM at St. Mary Parish, Ridgefield. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Flushing, NY. The family will receive friends in the Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St., Ridgefield on Monday from 8:45 am to 9:45 am.
