Toys For Tots Collections at Coldwell Banker on Main Street

COLDWELL BANKER RESIDENTIAL BROKERAGE OFFICE IN RIDGEFIELD COLLECTS TOYS FOR TOTS

RIDGEFEILD, CT (NOVEMBER 26, 2012) – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Ridgefield has been designated a local drop site for the Toys for Tots program, an annual event sponsored by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and local Marine Corps detachments.

The Ridgefield office, located at 360 Main St., will be accepting donated toys from now through December 18th. Once the reception area of the office is full of toys, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage staff and sales associates will give the items to the local Marine Corps for distribution. In recent years the office’s Toys for Tots efforts have been organized by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates Kenn and Betsy Olbrych.  

While the Marines and local community organizations manage the Toys for Tots program, its success is based on the generosity and support of local residents. Local business leaders play a key role by allowing Marines to place collection receptacles in their offices, providing warehouse space and providing vehicles to gather toys from the collection sites.
