Artificial Sweetener is Deadly, and Salt is Good for You.

I am an LPN Nurse and recouping from being very sick, this is how I ate myself back to health. This article continues telling the story of my research into a different kind of nutrition.

By Joan McDaniel                  July, 2012

It sometimes seems to me that Big X wants us all weak, sick, and to have dementia or Alzheimer’s. It seems to me that Big business, big Pharma, big Agriculture, and big commercial interest seem to be in charge.  They are more concerned with marketing ploys, and the bottom line then with independent health studies.  Studies on the huge amount of side effects from aspartame have been ignored. We are too busy looking at preventing a certain disease then how to be healthy?

It seems that if my blood test numbers were all at the proper level, I must be well, no matter how I felt. My concerned for health seemed to be mine alone. When I asked questions about what food should I eat, I was told either “Don’t Eat Fat, Don’t eat Salt, Eat Fat-Free”,  “Use the Food Pyramid”  or “It doesn’t matter much with someone and your condition”, “Eat Good Food”, “lose weight” or “It’s all in your head”, or “Are you getting enough exercise?”

In fact, I found that indeed my health had something to do with the food I was eating.  I had been eating the traditional American Diet which is loaded with sugar and absent of all nutrition.  I now have been finding good food to eat.  Good nutritious food and I am feeing 100% better.

This book discusses the health benefits of coconut oil, meat, milk, and water. In this book you will learn why coconut oil is considered the healthiest oil on earth and how it can protect you against heart disease, diabetes, and infectious illnesses such as influenza, herpes, Candida, and even HIV.

First thing I learned besides coconut oil, was the harm of the FDA-Approved Artificial Sweetener. The next thing was the necessity of Salt, especially Sea Salt.

As I am finding out about food, I feel I must tell others. I am learning as I go along and expect people to research what I have to say on their own.  It is sort of take it or leave it.  If you learn anything, then great!!!!

Dear Mr. Gladstone: Your comments provide for a great way of starting or continuing a discussion andRead More for that I am thankful. The fact which you cited provides for a compelling argument to further your position on "tort reform" regarding how medical malpractice awards have allegedly been steadily increasing, however it is contrary to the information provided to us by the United States government. The U.S Department of Heath and Human Services recently published its statistical findings which indicate that medical malpractice awards have steadily decreased over the past 11 years. (http://www.npdb-hipdb.hrsa.gov/servlet/DataTablesByStateServlet?selectedTab=Tabular&stateCode=US&tableNum=Table1) Further, according to the Institute of Medicine, preventive preventable medical errors kill almost 100,000 Americans every year and injure countless others. In fact, if the Centers For Disease Control were to include preventable medical errors as a category, it would be the sixth leading cause of death in America. One might surmise from this data that we have an epidemic of medical malpractice cases but not medical malpractice lawsuits. I would suggest that investigating ways to prevent these medical errors might provide for a more holistic solution to this systemic problem.

Im thinking of writing a book called "parasites, medical malpractice lawyers and theRead More exaggerations of claims." Or maybe "crash course--why personal injury lawyers are ruining this country." Medical malpractice awards have increased at a rate of roughly 12% per year for the last 40 years. When we are aghast at the cost of soaring college costs just consider that at this rate, the cost of Yale tuition would be 115,000 a year, as opposed to 43k. And remember we are all appalled at how fast that has risen. A crash course in how all of this parasitical work, costs all of us so dearly when we pay our taxes (medicare/medicaid) or insurance company.
