Is the Paleo Diet Right for You?

Do you eat a lot of processed foods? Are you curious about what you can eat on the Paleo Diet? Read on.

Every year, it seems like we hear about a new diet and this year, it's the Paleo Diet.

Meredith Mulhearn of Cucumber & Chamomile is a nutrition therapist and hopes to get people eating food the way nature intended.

But since we're no longer cavemen in the Paleolithic era, she's not entirely sure the Paleo Diet is the way to go.

"I think it's safe to say, we have dramatically different lifestyles," she wrote on her blog. "Here’s a thought to keep in mind: we don’t spend hours hunting or foraging for our food."

Mulhearn said there are some good parts of the new diet, so she created an adaptation of the Paleo Diet.
