Habit: When you eat mindlessly (or engage in other unhealthy behaviors out of habit) you are doing yourself a disservice. Maybe you eat in front of the TV, giving little thought to the food you're consuming. Or maybe you have sweets every night after dinner. Habits can become so ingrained that change is very challenging. Breaking the cycle and eliminating cravings are essential for progress.

Time: If you have a busy schedule (and who doesn't?!?!) eating well and exercising are often the first things that are left by the wayside. It just seems too hard to carve out time to make dinner from scratch, especially after a long day at work or caring for the kids. Finding quick and easy meal solutions can go a long way to keeping you on track when life gets a bit crazy.

Motivation: Sometimes you have the best of intentions to eat well and take care of yourself, but it just doesn't seem to pan out. It feels like too much effort is required and it's overwhelming. Where to begin?!?! Maybe you just need a pep talk and a plan...

Appeal: Maybe you just think healthy food tastes gross. If so, you're not alone.
